Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bitligence LLC (“Bitligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit bitligence.com (the “Site”). It applies to this marketing website only. It does not govern any separately contracted Bitligence product or service, which is covered by the applicable agreement.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you contact us or request a demo — by email or through our scheduling provider — we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, business email, company, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our analytics provider automatically collect standard usage information: pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and on-page interactions (such as clicks and scroll depth). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not operate user accounts on this Site, and we do not collect payment information here.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. We have configured it not to share data for advertising personalization. You can opt out by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings, by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by declining non-essential cookies where that choice is offered. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to use the Site.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its content.
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct demos.
- To understand aggregate usage and trends.
- To protect the Site’s security and integrity and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed to provide their services:
- Google LLC — website analytics. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Calendly LLC — demo scheduling. See Calendly’s Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Bitligence or others.
Data retention
We retain the information you send us for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s configured retention period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, or to data portability (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR), and rights to know about and delete personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights (for example, under the California CCPA/CPRA). Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. To exercise any right, email us at hello@bitligence.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
International visitors
Bitligence is based in the United States, and information we process may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
